You can initiate return requests for exchange of size or refund within 7 Days of receipt of goods.
In case you have received damaged / incorrect order then please inform us within 3 Days of receipt of goods.
Returns are subject to the following conditions :
- Return Window : 7 Days after delivery of product.
- The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
- The packaging should have the original tags in place.
- We might ask for images to assess your return access. Kindly assist with the requirements if needed.
- Replacement can be for the entire product/s or part/s of the product subject to availability of the same with AJ Dezines.
Exception : The following are not eligible for return requests :
- Items from Clearance sale.
- Any customized orders.
Charges
- Free return / exchange service.
- No reverse charges shall be charged. We shall bear the cost of return and fulfillment of exchange.
- Free reverse pickup and exchange can be availed only once per order.
Non Refundable :
- COD charges.
- Express shipping charges.
- Any customization charges.
STEPS TO INITIATE RETURN
- Initiate Return Request
- Reverse pick-up
- A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 1-2 business days. Reverse pickup facility is available in selected pincodes.
- In case reverse pickup is not available, you shall have to ship the product back to us at the below mentioned address. 100 INR store credits (1 Year Validity) will be issued against the same.
- Quality Check
- Products are received back at our warehouse and undergoes quality check before initiation of refund value.
- Refund / Replacement
- In case of exchange, replacement product will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after the return request is received.

Refund shall be made in Indian Rupees only and shall be equivalent to the Transaction Price received in Indian Rupees.
Refund shall be subject to Buyer complying with Policies.
Refund Processing Time
- Amount shall be refunded post receiving and quality checking the return product. On an average, it takes 3-5 Days for the return shipment to reach us.
- Post the approval the refund is initiated from our end and is reflected back in the your account within 1-2 business days.
