  1. How much do you charge for shipping?
    Prepaid shipping across India is Free.

  2. How long will my order take?
    We dispatch orders within a day. Orders placed on Saturday post 2 p.m, are dispatched on the following Monday or the next working day.

    It usually takes 1-5 working days depending on your location.

    Detailed delivery timelines:
    New Delhi: 1-2 days
    Metro’s: 2-3 days
    Other cities: Up to 5 days

  3. Do you have Cash on Delivery?
    Yes! For Cash on Delivery, extra charges are applicable depending on the delivery location and weight of the freight. It gets calculated on the checkout page.

  4. Can I return the garment(s)?
    Items purchased from us are eligible for return if returned within 15 days of acceptance of the package.
    We accept returns or exchanges free of cost. You won't be charged extra to return or exchange the product(s).
    It's on us! We want your experience to be hassle-free.

  5. What are the exceptions to the rule of returns?
    We do not accept returns if:
    - the tags are not intact.
    - the item of clothing is damaged, torn, stained or soiled.
    - the item is used or worn.

  6. How can I initiate a return?
    Step 1:
    Maintain good condition. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and unworn with all original tags attached. Make sure you put the item(s) back in the original package and the invoice in the same way it was delivered.

    Step 2:

    Step 3:
    Our team schedules a pick-up that should take up to 3-5 days.
    In case of an exchange, our team ships the new size(s) in parallel.
    For a return, the product would have to reach our facility for quality inspection.

  8. Can I exchange the garments?
    Certainly! In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, or there is an issue with the size.

  9. How can I initiate an exchange?
    Kindly email us the details along with a picture within 48 hours of receiving your order.

    On confirmation over email from us, reverse pickup will be arranged.

    We will replace the returned item or issue a refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
