All orders placed on AJ Dezines are dispatched through our own courier partners including the likes of Delhivery, Pidge, BlueDart, UPS, DHL, etc.
Before placing your order, contact us. You will be asked a few questions like expected date and location. A small fee of INR 150 will be charged for the speedy service.
Your money is completely safe. The amount is usually reversed within 24 hours. If the payment went through, we will either process your order or refund the full amount.
- We offer free shipping for all postpaid orders.
- A nominal fee of INR 99 is charged on COD orders.
- We aim to deliver within 5–7 business days.
- Sundays and public holidays are not business days.
- Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details on your phone and WhatsApp.
- For any questions, we're just an email, phone call, or WhatsApp away.
Within India, we ship through Delhivery, Pidge etc. Our partners will attempt delivery thrice before returning the package.
If packaging looks damaged, please do not accept and contact us.
We are an e-commerce brand without a physical outlet. For urgent same-day needs, pre-inform us on our helpline and collect from our registered office. Please place a prepaid order.
Unfortunately, once orders are placed we cannot combine them due to regulatory and compliance issues. Shipping applies on every new order if it doesn't meet free shipping criteria.
