How are orders placed on AJ Dezines delivered to me?

  • All orders placed on Nicobar are dispatched through our own courier partners including the likes of Delhivery, Pidge, BlueDart, UPS, DHL, etc.
How can I get my order delivered faster?
  • Before placing your order contact us, you will be asked few questions like expected date and location. A little fee of INR 150 will be charged for the speedy service.
My money is debited but the order is not confirmed. 
  • In cases like this, your money is completely safe. Due to technical instabilities, the amount sometimes debits but fails to process at the payment gateway. When this happens the amount is usually reversed to the customer’s account within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that this payment went through, we will either process your order or refund the full amount to the original source of payment.
Domestic Delivery - Charges and Timing
  • We offer free shipping for all postpaid orders.

  • A nominal fee of INR 99 is charged on COD orders.

  • We'll get your order to you as soon as possible! We're taking extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery but we will still aim to have your order with you within 5-7 business days. 

  • In case you have not received your order within the advised time frame, we request you to raise the concern the same day of receiving the delivery confirmation notification from AJ Dezines.

  • Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard and express deliveries.

How do I track my order?
  • Once we dispatch your order you will receive your tracking details on your provided number and Whatsapp, you can simply click on the link for the update. 
  • Should you have any questions about your order dispatch, we’re just a quick email, phone call or WhatsApp away.
Who will deliver my order? 
  • Within India, we ship through registered courier companies like Delhivery, Pidge etc. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us.

    Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package and contact us.
Do you offer in-store pick-up for online orders?
  • We are an e-commerce brand and currently don't have any outlet. If it is really urgent and you need the order on same day. You can pre inform and take confirmation on our helpline, please come and collect the packed order from our registered office.
  • We can't showcase the styles, please make sure to place a prepaid order.
If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer me reduced shipping? 
  • Unfortunately, once your orders are placed we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues. Shipping will be applicable on every new order (if it does not fall under the free shipping criteria).
