Shipping Policy – AJ Dezines (India Only)

1. Delivery Timelines

AJ Dezines makes every effort to ensure timely delivery of all orders.

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other locations: Up to 7 business days
    Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

2. Shipping Origin & Courier Partners

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
We work with trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, and other leading logistics providers to ensure smooth delivery.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and declared holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

AJ Dezines provides free shipping on all standard orders. For same-day delivery requests in Delhi/NCR, courier charges will be payable by the customer at the time of delivery.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts at the provided address.
If the order remains undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse.

6. Complete & Accurate Address

Customers must provide a complete and correct shipping address, including street name and PIN code.
AJ Dezines is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
If re-shipping is required due to address issues, additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Multiple Products & Addresses

  • Multiple products in one order may be shipped together or separately depending on availability
  • Only one shipping address per order is allowed
  • For delivery to multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed

8. P.O. Box Addresses

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses and cannot take responsibility for non-delivery in such cases.

9. Product Availability

We aim to keep all products listed on our website in stock.
In case of low-stock or made-to-order items, delivery timelines may be extended. Customers will be informed via registered email or mobile number.

10. Order Modifications

Once an order is placed, no changes are allowed, except address updates within 24 hours of placing the order.

11. Order Tracking

After order confirmation, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS and email.
You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website or the Track Order section on our website.

For Cash on Delivery orders, AJ Dezines may contact you for order confirmation before dispatch.

• Dispatch Timeline:
Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.

• Peak Season Delays:
Delivery may take longer during sale events, festive seasons, or due to courier delays.

• Serviceability:
Delivery is subject to courier partner serviceability in your PIN code.
